Specifically, ezRecruit™ CRM allows our clients to automate, target and track all interactions with their alumni. ezRecruit™ provides portal functionality for alumni with personalized webpages, portal mailbox, automated ezFAQs™, interaction history, social media applications, and more. It also provides tools for administrators that include: targeted communication, content management, alerts, dashboards and extensive reporting, as well as inquiry, collateral and event management.
The system also includes tools for importing your current alumni database into ezRecruit™ CRM, collecting alumni personal / family information, program(s) graduated from, graduation year, etc. Advanced functionality can include tools to generate detailed fundraising reports, online giving, surveying tools/polls, etc.
