ezRecruit™ CRM is a Web-based system that helps schools build and manage relationships with prospective students and applicants and improve workflows. Specifically, ezRecruit™ CRM allows our clients to automate, target and track all interactions with prospects and applicants. ezRecruit™ provides portal functionality for applicants with personalized webpages, portal mailbox, automated ezFAQs™, information request feature, interaction history, social media applications, and more. It also provides tools for administrators that include: targeted communication, content management, alerts, dashboards and extensive reporting, as well as inquiry, collateral, and event management.

ezRecruit™ CRM can manage applicant communications and workflows as a stand-alone system or via integration with the admissions module in your student information system (SIS). In addition, ezRecruit™ can provide online applications, or can pre-populate ones that you already have. ezRecruit™ manages common applications as well.

The following are some examples of schools using ezRecruit™ CRM to manage all of their interactions and workflows with applicants.
