ezRecruit™ CRM is a Web-based system that helps schools build and manage relationships with counsellors (and other high school staff and community influencers) and improve workflows. Specifically, ezRecruit™ CRM allows our clients to automate, target and track all interactions with these audiences. ezRecruit™ provides portal functionality with personalized webpages, portal mailbox, automated ezFAQs™, information request feature, interaction history, social media applications, and more. It also provides tools for administrators that include: targeted communication, content management, alerts, dashboards and extensive reporting, as well as inquiry, collateral, school visit and event management.

The system also allows counsellors to request a school visit and / or a group campus visit.
