ezRecruit™ CRM is a Web-based application using Internet technologies to ensure a user-friendly interface and universal access. Developed on either a Unix, Linux or Microsoft platform, ezRecruit™ CRM uses server resources to manage most of the functions in the system. ezRecruit™ CRM can be implemented as a hosted solution on EDge servers or on your servers. This translates into a “platform-independent” interface for users. Both PC and Mac users can use ezRecruit™ CRM on the browser of their choice through online webpages and forms.

ezRecruit™ CRM is built in either Java or .NET, and can support Oracle and MS SQL databases.

The system is W3C compliant.

Integration Benefits and Options

Integration is our core strength. We have extensive experience integrating ezRecruit™ CRM with commercial and legacy student information systems (SIS), particularly in the areas of inquiry and application management. We offer schools real-time integration via Web Services and batch process integration, among other integration options.

Please note that it is not required that ezRecruit™ CRM integrate with your SIS. You may use the system as a stand-alone system to manage prospective student, parent and counsellor communications and workflows.

• Ability to pre-populate student profile information into an admissions application, financial aid application, and / or into a housing application
• Ability to establish calling, e-mail and mail campaigns based on application / financial aid / housing status

• Ability to manage institution / school records in one system only, if applicable
• Ability to manage your program descriptions in one system only, if applicable
