A key ezRecruit™ CRM enhancement is the introduction of additional variable data fields in the system's automated and targeted communication templates. This means that any piece of information schools are collecting as part of the prospect, applicant, parent, or counsellor record, may be referenced in outbound communications, as well as in the messages a user sees when they complete an interaction with the system's portal. In addition, users are now able to post ezRecruit™ CRM portal pages to over 40 social networking sites.

Tools for administrators include: standard and ad-hoc reports, portal content management, targeted communication and segmenting tools, collateral management tools, institution database, alerts, school visits/campus tour and event management, and workflow automation. Online application and admissions management tools are also available. ezRecruit™ allows for a high level of configuration and scalability to accommodate future growth.
