BURLINGTON, ON – June 16, 2012 - ScholarshipsCanada.com celebrates students and the power of influential educators by awarding The Dream Maker Award to a very deserving student AND teacher at Lester B. Pearson High School in Burlington, Ontario, on Friday June 16, 2012.

Leena Halees and her English teacher Sydney Thatcher were the first to receive The Dream Maker Award, unveiled during the school’s annual Curtain Call ceremony of achievement, talent and school spirit.

The Dream Maker Award, created and awarded by ScholarshipsCanada.com, gives students the unique ability to thank the teachers, professors, counsellors and administrators who have helped turn their dreams into realities.
