December 14, 2005 EDge Unveils Counsellor Portal, ezNewsletter™, and ezCMS™ at AACRAO and AMA conferences in Chicago There were two exciting U.S. education recruitment/marketing conferences that EDge attended this past week, both held in Chicago. The American Marketing Association (AMA) hosted its Annual Symposium for the Marketing of Higher Education in Chicago, Illinois from November 13 - 16. Over 420 education professionals from marketing, admissions and recruiting backgrounds were in attendance. EDge Interactive and Seneca College were selected to present ezRecruit's yourFUTURE@Seneca in a session entitled Tapping the Untapped: Communicating with High School Guidance Counsellors in Web-based Enrolment Management. This presentation featured Seneca's high school guidance counsellor portal developed by EDge as part of Seneca's ezRecruit™ Web-based Prospect Management System. Also from November 13 - 16 was the American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) Student Enrollment Management Conference also being held in Chicago. This conference had over 450 attendees from areas including student services, recruitment, admissions, financial aid, registration, orientation, academic support, and retention. EDge attended and exhibited at both conferences.
