Since 2000, American Express has come to rely on EDge to produce its Worldwide Select Hotel Guide CD. Taking information supplied by American Express, EDge crafted a comprehensive CD-ROM, used by American Express Travel Counsellors, that included searchable information on hotels and services around the world.

Other features on the CDs include interactive maps and information on weather, services, events and special accommodations at the 3,000 hotels listed. EDge also designed a comprehensive tutorial to show the travel counsellors how to use the CD. The database of information and hotel listings was constructed, organised and proofed by EDge staff, who were also responsible for the printing, production and delivery of the CDs to American Express.

The CD, distributed to American Express Travel Counsellors worldwide, is widely used today to help American Express travelers take advantage of over 15,000 select hotel rates and gives EDge a truly global presence.
